CAROL ARRUCCI - President

Ms. Arrucci is an award winning music educator and has taught music in private and public schools for over 30 years. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Music Education from Manhattanville College, Purchase, New York. Carol is an accomplished vocalist, pianist, and conductor and has been very active in musical theater locally, in regional theater and on Broadway. She has been on the PMT Board for over 15 years and has produced and conducted several shows for the group. She also co-produces the annual “Westchester Teen Idol”, a vocal competition\fundraiser, the proceeds of which benefit PMT for the annual mainstage production. She is presently retired from the classroom and co-owns The Cortlandt School of Performing Arts, a music school, with locations in Croton on Hudson and Mohegan Lake. With 20 teachers on staff, it is the Hudson Valley’s fastest growing music school. She is a member of The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce, The Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, BNI Boosters (Briarcliff Division) and is a Community Advisor for Gullotta House and The Daily Voice. Carol resides in Ossining, New York, with her husband and fellow board member Raymond, and has 3 grown sons, and one grandchild.


BRENDA MILEO - Treasurer

Brenda has been a Board Member of PMT since 2000, and currently serves as Treasurer. She has produced and co-produced a number of productions for PMT. Brenda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal studies and criminal justice from Mercy College, and graduated with honors. She has worked as a paralegal for 25 years, and presently works for Mayerson Abramowitz & Kahn, LLP, a prestigious and well-respected New York City law firm specializing in matrimonial litigation. In addition to her Board duties, Brenda has performed in numerous musical productions in Westchester County and beyond, and just recently “retired” as a competitive dancer. She resides in White Plains, New York.


ANNIE TAN - Secretary

Annie is the Owner / Center Director at Mathnasium of Cortlandt, New York. Prior to opening her Mathnasium center, Annie worked as a Global Digital Director with Mercer and as the Director of Technology at Ogilvy & Mather, specializing in cutting edge digital marketing. She has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University. Annie has been putting her great skills to use at PMT by updating their website, overhauling their marketing procedures, and ushering PMT into the realm of modern technology. Married with 2 adventurous little girls, Annie and her family love the great outdoors.


RAYMOND ARRUCCI - Board Member

Mr. Arrucci has been a dedicated board member of PMT for over 20 years. He attended SUNY Brockport where he obtained a Bachelor of Theatre Arts Degree. He is an Equity Actor and is featured in stage, movies and television. Ray is a director and also produces local concerts. He is co-owner and business manager of The Cortlandt School of Performing Arts, a music school, with locations in Croton on Hudson and Mohegan Lake. With 20 teachers on staff, it is the Hudson Valley’s fastest growing music school. Ray is a member of The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce, The Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, BNI Boosters (Briarcliff Division) and is a Community Advisor for Gullotta House, having produced events and concerts to fund the not-for- profit’s initiatives. Ray resides in Ossining, New York, with his wife and fellow board member Carol, and has 3 grown sons, and one grandchild.


STEVE RAPILLO - Board Member          

Steve is the longest serving Board Member of PMT, having served continuously for over 25 years in various positions, including President. Steve has had a helping hand in every production during these years, from leading man to head set builder. Steve is co-owner of Tufo’s Wholesale Foods, Inc., a successful business in the Bronx, and has used his knowledge and management skills to successfully run the day-to- day operations of PMT. Steve resides in Harrison, New York with his wife, Jeanne, and three children, who often volunteer their time at our productions.  


ANDREW HOFER - Board Member

Andrew has worked for 35 years as a software programmer for NSTSystems, Inc. He is a new member to the PMT Board, and puts his computer skills and marketing skills to good use on the publicity committee. Andrew is also an entertainer and has a one man show called "Experiencing the Impossible", where he shows off his skills as a magician and mentalist. He resides in Ossining, New York, with his wife and son.


MARK GOODENOW - Board Member

Mark Goodenow is excited to be a part of the PMT board, and is looking forward to his second year as a board member with the illustrious troupe. He is a frequent patron of the theater and has supported the fund raising efforts of numerous production groups, including the Glimmerglass Opera Guild and Opera Carolina. For his day job, Mark is the owner of a boutique consultancy where he is a finance and operations specialist supporting the aviation and manufacturing industries. Mr. Goodenow has consulted for executive management teams and boards of directors throughout his 16 year career. He's spent 11 years with Deloitte Consulting, Kroll Zolfo Cooper and Navigant Capital, and was the U.S. automotive restructuring practice leader at BDO Consulting. Mark lives in Cortlandt Manor, New York and enjoys spending time with his wife Gina and his two young children, Mark & Mia.
